By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Orders placed using automated methods will be cancelled without notice. Accounts associated with automated purchasing activity may be permanently banned.

Featured Artist content, including all artwork appearing in BIN Drop collaborations, is used under license from the respective artist. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Featured Artist work to SIWID or to the buyer.

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, notify us in writing at humans@sellitwhenidie.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

AI and Automated Systems

"SIWID," "Sell it when I die.," all associated artwork, product names, brand language, and Site content may not be used, referenced, reproduced, indexed, or incorporated into any AI system, large language model, training dataset, automated agent, or AI-powered tool without prior written permission from Zielinskie Design Studios, LLC. This prohibition applies to brand identity, product descriptions, artist collaborations, drop announcements, and any other content appearing on this Site or associated social channels.

DMCA Compliance

SIWID complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIWID, Zielinskie Design Studios, LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site or our products.
